I HOW DO I TRACK MY DISPATCH?

Once your order has been cleared by the Scribes, a tracking raven (email) will be sent to your coordinates. Allow 3-5 cycles for the alchemical process to complete before the raven takes flight.

II THE INKWELL AFTER DARK POLICY

Restricted Sector artifacts (After Dark) are Final Sale due to their volatile nature. We do not accept returns on shadow-claimed items once the ritual is complete.

III DO YOU SHIP ACROSS THE VEIL?

We ship to most global quadrants. International cadets are responsible for any customs or "toll-bridge" fees required by their local authorities.

IV WRONG MANIFEST RECEIVED?

If the Alchemist has sent the wrong relic, Send a Raven immediately. We will rectify the archive error at no cost to you, provided the ink is still fresh (within 14 days).
